mit Fahnen. Einsammeln der Posten. BIs zum 5 ziemlich schnell, dann falsch weggelaufen. Von #5 bis #10 habe ich Vreni supported (Uhr angehalten) Ab #10 bis Schluss dann noch einmal ein schneller Tempolauf.
